Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all dry ingredients together. Stir. Add remaining ingredients, stir well.

Let cool. Remove from pan. Wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Keep in a cool, dry place. Can
also be refrigerated.
This recipe can also be used for cupcakes. Bake 10-15 minutes.
This bread tastes great all by itself or with cream cheese frosting.
