Chili Rellenos

This is a new recipe I just got from my mother. **
I love Mexican food so this one is right up my alley.

Ingredients:

* 3 small cans chilies
* 3/4 lb grated Monterey Jack Cheese
* 3/4 lb grated Longhorn Cheese
* 3 Eggs
* 3 t. Flour
* 6 oz. can Condensed Milk
* 6 oz. can Taco Sauce

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a 9 x 12 casserole dish, continuously layer chilies, split and laid flat, 3/4 lb. grated Montery Jack Cheese, and 3/4 lb. Grated longhorn cheese until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.

In separate bowl, mix in blender eggs, flour, and condensed milk. Pour mixture over chili-and-cheese casserole.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Top with taco sauce and bake 30 minutes more.

This can be reheated.
