Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Not everyone likes Oatmeal but these cookies will change your mind.

Ingredients:

* 3/4 c. Butter or Margarine, softened
* 1 c. Packed Brown Sugar
* 1/2 c. Sugar
* 1/4 c. Milk
* 1 Large Egg
* 1 tsp. Vanilla
* 1 c. All-purpose Flour
* 1 tsp. Cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
* 1/4 tsp. Salt
* 3 c. Old Fashioned Oats
* 1 c. Sun-Maid Raisins

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.

Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture; mix well.Stir in oats and raisins.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake 12-15 minutes.

Remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire rack.

Makes 3 dozen cookies.
