Beef and Broccoli

Sirloin Steak in light, lemon-ginger marinade

* 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
* 3 cups Broccoli Florets
* 1 medium Onion sliced
* 3/4 tsp. Ginger
* 1/4 tsp. Salt
* 1/4 tsp. Pepper
* 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
* 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
* 1 tsp Minced Fresh Garlic
* 1 lb. Beef Sirloin, cut into strips
* 2 medium ripe Tomatos, cut into 1" pieces
* Cooked White Rice

In a 10" skillet melt butter until sizzling. Add broccoli and onion. Cook over med. heat, stirring occasionally, until crisply tender (5-6 minutes).
In medium bowl stir remaining ingredients except steak, tomatoes and rice.
Add sirloin strips to marinade; let stand 5 min.
Add sirloin and marinade to vegetable mixture. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned (6-8 minutes). Stir in tomatoes. Cover; let stand 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve meat and vegetables with juice over rice.
