Ingredients:
* 6 Dozen Fresh Oysters in the Shell * Bacon, chopped into small cubes * Sweet chilli sauce * Barbecue sauce *
Lancashire Relish or Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions:
Chop bacon into small cubes and place on top of oysters. Mix together Sweet Chili Sauce, Barbecue Sauce, Lancashire
Relish or Worchestershire Sauce.Pour over oysters and bacon. Place under the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes.DO NOT
overcook! Allow one dozen oysters per person and they must be eaten with your fingers. Tilt oyster into mouth and
suck out of shell.
